myHub Evidence-Based Teaching Retreat

myHub is hosting a two-day teaching retreat in August for SMD trainees. This retreat is designed for those interested in gaining more knowledge, tools, and resources for a career in teaching. The focus will be on evidence-based teaching practices aimed at:

Building a community of educators dedicated to student-centered learning
The event will include interactive sessions, group activities, and expert panel discussions.

Summer Yoga Classes
Continue or begin your yoga practice at the Goergen Athletic Center! Summer schedules are 6-7pm, Mondays and Thursdays, led by experienced teachers from Yoga Vibe until August 26th.
Open to all students and R-club members, yoga classes are offered twice per week with a variety of experienced instructors. No experience needed. Mats are provided. Register here or walk-in before class starts!

Announcing the Rutgers Postdoc Peek
- Apply to attend our in-person recruitment event to learn what makes Rutgers Health Newark campus an exceptional environment to be a postdoc!
- Up to 20 candidates will be selected to attend the all-expenses-paid event at Rutgers from September 25-26, 2024.
- Invited candidates will give 10 min platform talks, network with faculty and current postdocs, as well as tour Rutgers campus and the area.
