Meliora Collective: Mentorship Program
2023 Fall Mentorship Mentee comments
- The process allowed me to work through a challenge with the experience of a seasoned professional with knowledge of the industry.
- My mentor and I share similar personal and professional experiences, so I feel comfortable opening up myself to get support from her. We talked about a variety of topics related to work-life balance, challenges in academia, and tips for internship application and career planning. She was also very responsive and is willing to listen and to help in ways she can.
- My mentor helped guide me through career changes and exploring entrepreneurship. His real-world examples and advice on work-life balance have been invaluable. The self-assessments helped me compare my growth from five years ago, revealing strengths and weaknesses crucial for my future steps.
Register for the Meliora Collective Mentorship Program here.
