The Mindful University Project offers a variety of mindfulness programs on campus, from 4-week mindfulness classes, drop-in mindfulness sessions, silent meditation retreats, and yoga classes.

Sign up for a variety of mindfulness offerings at the University of Rochester below! Please read the following instructions on how to register for classes:
