Letter from the editor

Looking back, moving forward

As the year winds down, it’s worth pausing to reflect on how far we’ve come. This year, we introduced 10 new components to the Rochester Core WordPress theme, making our websites more accessible, on-brand, and ready to serve our audiences.

We’ve also transitioned from less than a quarter of sites using a University template to more than half—a shift we can all be proud of.

As we look to 2025, let’s keep that progress going: refining what works, updating what needs attention, and creating spaces that feel clear, welcoming, and true to the University’s mission.
